Transformers: Dark of the Moon is on its way to a solid sophomore frame thanks to a $14.92 million haul on Friday. All signs point to great word-of-mouth for the fighting robot flick. More than 60,000 Flixster users have combined to give Dark of the Moon an impressive 90% approval rating. Dark of the Moon needs to grab as much as it can this weekend before the emergence of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II inevitably takes its toll.

Summer 2011 has been very kind to adult-skewing comedies. With $9.92 million in the bank on Friday, Horrible Bosses will follow in the footsteps of Bridesmaids, The Hangover Part II and Bad Teacher as another successful R-rated comedy. Nearly 20,000 Flixster users have pooled together a promising 80% approval rating for Bosses.

Zookeeper was able to grab $7.4 million on Friday. Family-skewing flicks always do quite well on Saturday, so expect a healthy bump. Parents are clearly groaning their way through Zookeeperthe Kevin James vehicle currently has a weak 57% approval rating from close to 14,000 Flixster users.
