Sony's Think Like a Man grossed $2.62 million on Tuesday to lead the daily box office for a fifth consecutive day. The Screen Gems ensemble comedy featuring Kevin Hart did lose some momentum yesterday, as it was down 5 percent from Monday. While that represented the day's poorest daily hold among wide releases, in the bigger picture Think Like a Man continues to perform very well with a stronger than expected five-day start of $39.02 million. Think Like a Man is currently running 21.5 percent stronger than the $32.11 million five-day start of 2009's Obsessed.

Warner's The Lucky One held steady in second place with $1.87 million. The Zac Efron vehicle closed the daily percentage gap a bit between it and Think Like a Man, as The Lucky One was up a very healthy 29 percent over Monday. With a five-day start of $25.84 million, The Lucky One continues to perform in line with pre-release expectations. The Lucky One is currently running just 1 percent behind the $26.15 million five-day start of 2009's 17 Again.

The Hunger Games grossed $1.14 million to remain in third. Lionsgate's blockbuster adaptation was up 13 percent over Monday and was down 27 percent from last Tuesday. The 33-day total for The Hunger Games stands at a massive $359.22 million. The film is likely to hold up very well this coming weekend thanks in part to it returning to IMAX theatres for a one-week engagement beginning on Friday.

Fellow Lionsgate release The Cabin in the Woods was up 20 percent and one spot over Monday to take fourth on Tuesday with $0.87 million. The R-rated horror film was down just 33 percent from last Tuesday, as it continues to hold up well for its genre. The Cabin in the Woods has grossed $28.84 million in twelve days, placing it 1 percent ahead of the pace of 2010's The Crazies.

Disney's Chimpanzee was down one spot from Monday to round out Tuesday's top five with $0.82 million. The fourth nature documentary from Disneynature was up 9 percent over Monday. Chimpanzee has grossed a better than expected $12.25 million in five days. That places the film 15 percent behind the pace of 2009's Earth and 35 percent ahead of the pace of 2010's Oceans.
