on February 27, 2014 by Shawn Robbins

The LEGO Movie held onto first place again on Wednesday with $1.22 million added to its haul, off 54 percent from the same day last week. WB's animated hit has now tallied $187.1 million domestically, or about 15 percent more than The Lorax at the same 20-day point through its release.

3 Days to Kill dropped 22 percent from Tuesday to bring in $0.86 million on Wednesday. The Kevin Costner-led thriller has banked $15.1 million in its first six days, a healthy figure given the film's conservative production costs.

Pompeii continued to struggle on Wednesday with a 31 percent drop from the day before. The disaster film's $0.69 million day brings its domestic total to $12.8 million.

The RoboCop remake bagged $0.62 million yesterday, representing a 50 percent slide from the same day last week. With a domestic haul of $46.12 million so far, the pic is off the pace of last year's A Good Day to Die Hard by 16 percent.

Sony's Monuments Men brought in $0.71 million for a 32 percent decline from last Wednesday. Domestic total now stands at $59.98
