Lionsgate's The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 took in $2.13 million on Thursday to lead the daily box office for a 14th consecutive day. The final chapter of the young adult blockbuster franchise starring Jennifer Lawrence was down 2.5 percent from Wednesday and down a sharp 79 percent from last Thursday's inflated Thanksgiving Day performance. Mockingjay - Part 2 was the week's top film with a weekly take of $61.97 million. That represented a 58 percent decline from the film's opening week performance and places the film's two-week total at $208.51 million. Mockingjay - Part 2 is currently running 12 percent behind the $236.13 million 14-day take of last year's The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1.

Warner and MGM's Creed held steady in second place with $1.59 million. The critically acclaimed seventh installment of the Rocky franchise declined 3 percent from Wednesday and 75 percent from last Thursday. Creed placed in third for the week with $37.11 million and has grossed a stronger than expected $49.60 million in nine days of release. That places the film a healthy 33 percent ahead of the $37.37 million nine-day start of 2006's Rocky Balboa.

The Good Dinosaur took in $1.02 million to remain in third. The latest 3D computer animated film from Disney and Pixar was down 1 percent from Wednesday and down a very sharp 84 percent from Thanksgiving Day. The Good Dinosaur claimed second place this week with $44.14 million. That brings the film's nine-day total to $60.44 million, which is below expectations and places the film 19 percent behind the $74.96 million nine-day gross of 2010's Tangled.

Spectre continued to claim fourth place with $0.679 million. The latest installment of Sony and MGM's James Bond franchise fell 1 percent from Wednesday and 75 percent from last Thursday. Spectre finished in fourth for the week with $15.86 million. That was down 34 percent from the previous week and brings the film's four-week total to $179.10 million.

Fellow Sony release The Night Before rounded out the day's unchanged top five with $0.628 million. The R-rated comedy starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Seth Rogen and Anthony Mackie was down 4 percent from Wednesday and down 62 percent from last Thursday. The Night Before claimed fifth place this week with $11.17 million. The film was down just 30 percent from its opening week performance and has grossed $27.07 million in two weeks.

Fox's Victor Frankenstein took in $162,250 on Thursday. The horror film starring Daniel Radcliffe and James McAvoy landed in twelfth place for the week with $3.26 million and has only managed $4.36 million in nine days. That is well below the film's already modest expectations and places Victor Frankenstein on course to be one of the poorer performing wide releases of 2015.
