- Young males should turn out with few other competitors.

CONS:

- Sci-fi remakes haven't typically fared well at the box office.
- As one of three 1980s remakes opening this weekend, will crowds show up?
- The film's overseas opening could be inflating some of the online buzz.

About Last Night

PROS:

- Kevin Hart is riding high on popularity following the success of Ride Along.
- Date night crowds will likely turn out due to the Valentine's Day timing.

- Has Hart been overexposed?
- As one of three 1980s remakes opening this weekend, will crowds show up? 

Endless Love

PROS:

- Alex Pettyfer commands some appeal with younger women/teenage girls.
- Online buzz is through the roof in time for Valentine's Day.

CONS: 

- Could be overlooked due to About Last Night and Winter's Tale.
- As one of three 1980s remakes opening this weekend, will crowds show up?

Winter's Tale

PROS:

- Stars Colin Ferrell and Russell Crowe should appeal well to adults.
- Valentine's Day will brings out the date night crowds. 

CONS:

- Both Ferrell and Crowe have headlined their share of box office disappointments in recent years.
- Could be overlooked due to About Last Night and Endless Love.
