Zach Galifianakis, Kristen Wiig, Owen Wilson and Jason Sudeikis join forces for what could be one of the summer's most successful comedies. This week BoxOffice takes a closer look at the film's commercial prospects.

Masterminds
(Relativity)

PROS:

- The cast is one of the best of the year. There's no denying that.
- August has been very kind to comedies the last couple of years. We're the Millers and Let's Be Cops have succeeded in similar release dates.
- Reactions to the second trailer have been mostly positive.

CONS:

- Relativity is in turmoil right now and that's never a good thing for a new release.
- The comedy may be a little too dark for mainstream consumption.
