NORTH AMERICA: 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2' Maintains First on Wednesday; 'Creed' Still Strong In Second; 'The Good Dinosaur' Holds Third

nov25wknd.pngLionsgate reports The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 added $2.19 million on Wednesday, bringing its domestic total to $206.4 million after 13 days of release. That puts it 12 percent behind the pace of last year's Part 1.

In second place, Creed posted $1.64 million on Wednesday, giving it an 8-day total of $48.0 million. The well-received franchise revival is pacing 39.5 percent ahead of 2006's Rocky Balboa.

The Good Dinosaur claimed third place with $1.03 million yesterday. Now at $59.4 million through 8 days of play, the Pixar film is pacing 19 percent behind Disney's Tangled and 18 percent ahead of Pixar's own A Bug's Life.

Spectre added $0.68 million on Wednesday, pushing its domestic haul up to $178.4 million. The latest 007 flick is pacing 28.5 percent behind Skyfall and 16 percent ahead of Quantum of Solace.

Meanwhile, The Night Before rounded out the top five with $0.65 million yesterday. The well-received comedy has bagged $26.4 million since opening 13 days ago and will continue to perform well throughout the holiday season.
